Scotland 3 nights 4 days London – Lake District – Edinburgh – Highlands – Fort William Ben Nevis Range, Inverness
DAY 1: London – Lake District
This morning, we will start out journey to the Jewel of United Kingdom – The Scotland. The bus leaves for Lake District famous for its lakes, forests and mountains. Continue your journey through the Lake District to enjoy a beautiful scenic cruise on the largest body of water in the Lake District area, Lake Windermere. Followed by a Heritage Steam Train ride from Lakeside to Haverthwaite. On route we will visit Gretna Green, a village in the south of Scotland famous for runaway weddings, and today one of UK’s most famous place to get married The Old Blacksmith’s Shop and Gretna Hall Blacksmith’s Shop are in popular folklore, the focal tourist points for the marriage trade. Arrive at your hotel for a tight sleep.
DAY 2: Edinburgh
Today we will explore the best of Edinburgh city , the capital of Scotland, things of interest in the city are the famous Edinburgh Castle, Royal Mile, Old and New Town, and elegant Princes Street for tartans and tweeds. We headback to hotel.
DAY 3: Edinburgh – Loch Lomond – Fort William – Lock Ness – Inverness
This morning we drive to Loch Lomond, a freshwater lake lying on the Highland Boundary Fault, and the largest inland stretch of water in Great Britain by surface area. Continue the scenic drive to Fort William, at the foot of the mighty Ben Nevis, to visit the Nevis Range. Enjoy the ascent to up to 2150 ft. on the north face of Aonach Mor by mountain gondolas (visit to the Nevis Range is weather permitting). The journey allows breathtaking views of the Scottish Highlands, including the Great Glen, Ben Nevis, and surrounding areas. Later we drive past the waters of Loch Ness, famed for its myths and legends, and home to the Loch Ness monster “Nessie”. The day ends with a night back in hotel.
DAY 4: Edinburgh – London
This morning we return to London (England), where the tour ends and it is time to say farewell to all the friends you have made on tour.
